Email and Telephone Communications:
We do use “my favorites” and “cart abandon” tracking functions (if we have your email address and you visit our online store, we will send you an email about the products you viewed or left in your cart. You can also save your favorite products in My Account and view and purchase them later). If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt-out of receiving future emails. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested. We may also contact you from time to time via telephone regarding customer service inquiries pertaining to your orders.

Because of the nature of our business and shipping requirements of most products, we process credit cards manually (offline) using our payment terminal. The collection of credit card information on this website is implemented using PCI-compliant software. Only the first and the last four digits of credit cards are saved to the database on our hosting plan (on a private virtual server), while the eight middle digits and the security code are sent to a dedicated email address. Your complete credit card number is never stored on a single computer. After a credit card is processed, the first and last four digits of the credit card are deleted from the database. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us at info@progressivegrower.com or call us at (508) 273-7358.

Opt Out or Change Your Information:
How to change your information on our Website:
- Login to your Progressive Grower account using your username and password
- Go to ProgressiveGrower.com/my-account where you will see the email address we have on file, as well as your saved billing and shipping addresses
- To update or delete your email address, please email info@progressivegrower.com
- You cannot change the email address on your account as it is how you login. To disable your account and remove your email address, email info@progressivegrower.com
To Opt Out of our Mailing List:
- Email info@progressivegrower.com and we will make a request for your data to be erased from our mailing list. It may take up to 90 days to remove your information from our mailing list.
Objection and Requests for Copies: If you wish to (i) object, for legitimate purposes, to the processing of personal data as provided under applicable law, or (ii) to request copies of your personal data held by us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible), please contact us at info@progressivegrower.com.
