Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-10 business days depending on stock availability and shipping destination.

Free shipping offer is good for standard ground shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping and return shipping. Valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only, no international shipping

Not valid with other offers. Previous orders will not be adjusted.

  7. Canceling items or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s eligibility for Free Shipping.
  8. Expedited shipping options are provided based on shipper’s real-time quotes.

We Do Not Ship To California

As a New England-based company, we regret to inform our valued customers in California that we are currently unable to ship our products to your state due to the extensive restrictions imposed by California’s regulations. Returns

  1. Saleable products may be returned with permission and may be subject to handling charges based on the condition and time of return for seasonal products. Expired products, fertilizers, seed, special order, and non-stock items are not returnable.
  2. Upon receiving your order please inspect it immediately and report any error, shortage or damage within 3 days. Progressive Grower is not responsible for shortages reported more than 3 days after receipt.
  3. In the case of overpayments, cancellations, shortages, returns, defective products, etc. credit invoices will be issued. Credit invoices not used will be mailed annually but after 15 months will be voided.
  4. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
